XBODY is a personal training gym, established on March 15, 2024. We specialize exclusively in personalized training sessions, accommodating up to five client every 1.5 hours. Each client receives a customized training and meal plan, with progress meticulously tracked by our certified trainer. Our clients have direct access to their trainer for ongoing support and inquiries. Operating hours begin at 7:30 AM and continue until the last client’s session concludes.
Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of equipment to support diverse training needs:
• Bench Press Stand: Essential for developing upper body strength, focusing on the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
• Incline Bench Press Stand: Targets the upper portion of the chest muscles for balanced development.
• Lat Pulldown Machine: Engages the back muscles, particularly the latissimus dorsi, enhancing upper body strength.
• Seated Cable Row Machine: Strengthens the middle back and improves posture by targeting the rhomboids and trapezius.
• Squat/Deadlift Stand: Facilitates compound movements that build lower body and core strength.
• Leg Extension Machine: Isolates and strengthens the quadriceps for improved leg definition.
• Abs Machine: Focuses on abdominal muscles to enhance core stability and strength.
• Elliptical: Provides a low-impact cardiovascular workout, promoting endurance and heart health.
• Bike: Offers an effective cardio option that strengthens the lower body while improving stamina.
• Dumbbells (2 kg to 30 kg): Versatile free weights suitable for a wide range of exercises targeting various muscle groups.
• Crossover Machine: for functional training movements, enhancing overall muscle coordination and strength.
• Hyperextension Bench: Also known as a Roman Chair, this equipment is designed to strengthen the lower back muscles, particularly the erector spinae, and can also engage the glutes and hamstrings.
• Inversion Chair: Aids in spinal decompression and can assist with flexibility and back pain relief.
